October was a very busy month with a wide range of events and projects: a campaign against Putin's authorized representatives, Political Prisoner's Day, sanctions work, calls from our volunteer agitators to Russians, and many more. Sharing our achievements of this month with you.
Investigations
Luxurious residences and extensive private properties — that's what we've found out about the Western lives of our investigations' heroes.
Alexey Chepa, a relatively unknown member of the State Duma and a strong advocate for war, was discovered to possess villas, apartments, even a full office building in Western countries, and there's even an apartment near Buckingham Palace. As usual, everything is registered either in offshore accounts or in the names of family members.
The British estate of Mkrtich Okroyan, the Chief Designer at the "Soyuz" bureau, is nothing short of remarkable. A lavish house within an exclusive elite golf club is valued at over a billion rubles. It's worth taking a look at how the Okroyan family lives in Europe, all while the rockets he designed are taking the lives of innocent civilians in Ukraine.
Free Navalny
In October, we organized two significant events. On October 15, which was the 1,000th day of Alexei Navalny's imprisonment, our supporters from all around the world came together to show their solidarity with him. Additionally, on October 30, in collaboration with Memorial and Mediazona, we observed the Political Prisoner's Day. We introduced a chatbot that allows you to select a political prisoner, write a letter to them, offer financial support, and we also provided comprehensive instructions on how to initiate a correspondence.

Navalny Headquarters
The platform of Navalny's underground resistance continues its work. Our IT department has written a detailed article about how the platform was created, what technological solutions were used, and how the messenger inside TOR was assembled. In messengers it is now possible to communicate not only with Ivan Zhdanov, but also with Leonid Volkov.
Video Production
This month we released an important video on Navalny LIVE about all of ACF's projects for 2023. In anticipation of the October 30th event, we also released a video focusing on Soviet political prisoners. The channel had 9 million views this month.
On "Popular Politics" there were 9 thousand new subscribers and 29 million views. We extensively covered the escalating conflict between Israel and Palestine and asked Russians who they plan to vote for in the elections in March. We also dedicated time to watch 3.5 hours of Tsyganovs' family interview with Yuri Dud for you. If you haven't seen it yet, you can catch the highlights in our 10-minute version.
Sirena
In October, our news channel published a lot of interesting materials, which were viewed by almost 38 million people. We found out how almost 40,000 military officers are in line to receive payments to buy their own apartments, how Russians are being persecuted in Central Asia because of their anti-war position, and also analyzed what arguments exist in favor of the theory of Putin's doppelgangers.
The Anti-Corruption Foundation
Our lawyers have sent 34 applications to European and U.S. government agencies to impose or enforce sanctions. We have also launched a campaign for immediate sanctions to be imposed against anyone who becomes Putin's authorized representative in the upcoming elections. Relevant letters have been sent to MPs, officials, and those responsible for imposing sanctions in the US, EU and UK.
Anti-War Campaign
The eighth edition of Navalny's Anti-War Campaign diary has just been released! Our volunteers are the real heroes. They actively call Russians, engage in extensive conversations, and gather lots of valuable insights about Russian society. All of this is essential for the subsequent phase of our work – the actual agitation. As usual, you can listen to these conversations in our videos.
Prices today
102,000 rubles. This is how much you will now have to spend in a year if you feed your child with formula. We found out that since the beginning of the war, prices for them have risen by an average of 29%. And a year's supply of specialized formula will cost 62% more than it did before the war.
