The 4th Yulia Navalnaya Forum Took Place on May 15–17
More than 40 experts from various fields participated, alongside Russian students currently studying abroad.
The fourth forum focused on developing strategies regarding the party and electoral systems, environmental issues, local self-governance, modern technologies, and international politics.
Investigation into the Head of Rostelecom
We released a major investigation on the "Navalny LIVE" channel about Mikhail Oseevsky—the man responsible for blocking the Russian internet.
In recent years, Rostelecom has transformed from a telecom operator into a key instrument of censorship and surveillance, providing the technical foundation for state control over society. Meanwhile, its head, United Russia party member Mikhail Oseevsky, has amassed significant wealth from it.
Reference Guide for Supporters Abroad
We have prepared a document for those who have left Russia and are navigating migration, visa, or other legal procedures abroad.
This document can be used as supplementary material in courts, migration offices, and other institutions that require an explanation of the risks an individual might face upon returning to Russia.

Continuing the Campaign Against "United Russia"
We continue to spread the truth about Putin’s party on YouTube, Navalny Team's social media, and the campaign's TikTok.
As part of this initiative, we are also hosting the Hackathon Against United Russia. In May, the hackathon team announced two sprints at once: online and offline. The second online sprint is already underway, and the offline hackathon will take place on July 4–5 in Berlin.
Yulia Navalnaya Spoke at the European Conference on Democracy and Human Rights
In her speech, she spoke about the future structure of a post-Putin Russia—a vision currently being actively developed by experts at Yulia’s forums. She also held meetings with the President of the PACE, Petra Bayr, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Norway, Espen Barth Eide.
