Majority of Nigerians lack access to safe and clean drinking water resulting in rampant water related sicknesses and diseases. The project will make water filters available to households and schools
Acess to clean water is lacking , for this reason so many children and the less priviledeged population of get sick due to drinking unsafe clean water. Some die as a result of water related diseases.This project will really help children:school children, orphans and vulnerable children and the less priviledged households who do not have money to buy treated bottle water. About 500 households amounting up to 2,500 people will be beneficiaries of the project.
The project will involve purchase and distribution of Water filter to ensure access to clean/safe drinking and cooking water for the less priviledged households:School children and rural communities will have access to safe and clean drinking water.
-Healthy living of beneficiaries:children and the less priviledged population -Reduction in the rate of sick persons related to unsafe water. -Reduction in the rate of sick persons visiting hospital. -Reduction in the rate of children death
