Abortion Access through Technological Innovation

By Daniela Perdomo | Project Leader

Thanks to your support, Ipas LAC has expanded its technological innovation efforts to strengthen not only access to information, but also the broader conditions that enable safe abortion access across Mexico.

Over the past months, Ipas LAC has expanded its technological innovation efforts to strengthen not only access to information, but also the broader conditions that enable safe abortion access across Mexico.

As part of this strategy, Ipas LAC recently launched Navegando la Marea Verde (Navigating the Green Wave), a digital self-learning platform designed to strengthen legislators’ communication and public engagement skills around abortion.

Since its launch, the platform has engaged three people from Mexico and Chile, providing them with information to strengthen their understanding of safe abortion and its recognition as an essential health service.

With your continued support, Ipas LAC can keep strengthening its digital innovation efforts—expanding tools that reach diverse audiences and contribute to safer, more informed reproductive health decisions. From providing direct access to information to creating resources that shape public dialogue and decision-making, these efforts are essential to advancing reproductive justice.

Thank you for being part of this work and helping ensure that no one is left without access to accurate, lifesaving information.
