Dear animal lovers,
As most of you would remember, in July we took part of a special campaign organised by @globalgiving and with your incredible support we managed to pay off almost half of our clinic debts which were around € 21’000 in July! However, ever since we were also busy behind the scenes - rescuing, saving and caring for so many dogs and cats…
Here is a short summary of what we have done medically in the last 3 months;
33 dogs and 8 cats were rescued therefore all the initial tests and controls are done and treatment of some illnesses such as Erlishia started
19 spaying and neutering are done
One distemper (Titan), one parvo (Kumi) and one severe lung infection (Mina) were treated
Routine care, deworming, advantix multi drops, vaccinations of 80 dogs and 11 cats on-going
Some emergency cases which never stop
And 26 titer tests were also registered! These are the required anti-core tests for the rabies vaccinations, the animals cannot be adopted to EU without them.
Although we paid almost half of our clinic debts after the July campaign, we cumulated almost the same amount afterwards so we are again in debt to the clinic of roughly EUR 16'000.- Unfortunately we had to stop rescueing again and have to say NO to other rescue workers who keep calling us asking help every single day! We are all overwhelmed and tired but poor animals need us more than ever therefore we appreciate all your support please...
