This micro project will change the status of the family. That is to say economic strengthening of homes(moving from levels of poverty to at least middle income status). This micro project will build independent/self reliant homes.(Homes will no longer depend on the organisation for any help but instead will be empowered to provide for their own needs) It will create awareness of the opportunities available and how people can use them to overcome the situation they are in.
over dependence.This is a state in which people look helpless that they cannot afford the basic needs of life hence they will resort to begging as their way of survival. Poverty. The state in which people can not afford to provide them selves with the least basic needs of life like food, clothes ,soap etc. this is as a result of not having any income generating activity that can bring in money as a medium that can help people to acquire whatever they want for their survival.
Over dependence. In this case when people are not empowered they tend to relax and depend on other people for their survival and this may go on for a longer period of time. So by empowering them, it reduces on the burden of dependence hence creating awareness on how one can use his or her own strength to overcome their weaknesses. poverty. Family can change their status from zero earning to middle income and this will promote better standard of living in the homes hence economic strengthening
Economic strengthening of homes ( families moving from zero income level to middle income level hence becoming independent/Self reliant) Think tanks ( These are defined places where resourceful people with basic skills can be found and consulted on various challenges and how they can be over come. they become testimonies in the community from which people can borrow a leaf on how they too can make it in life hence expansion of the project.
