Challenge

Kathmandu city faces water shortage and thereby we had to dig a well. But the water flow is still low and the water is murky and impure. By purifying and filtering the water we can solve the problem. Hence, producing a greater water flow and purity that contributes to the health of our children.

Solution

This micro-project will solve this problem by providing funds to install a water purification and filtering system to the existing well.

Long-Term Impact

The long term impact will be that these orphaned children will have clean drinking water and an adequate supply of water for washing vegetables, cleaning their home and bathing. Hence, the health and quality of life will be greatly improved.
