Warmest greetings and thank you very much for the gift of water we were able to provide to a village in Mindanao. Your support enabled us to provide water via gravity-fed system to a village of 73 families and they are very happy about it. Water is indeed life and without water the village faces so much difficulties for they will be fetching water from a source 2-3 kilometers away. The most disadvantaged are the women and children who are tasked to do the job. Your support enabled us to purchase polyethylene pipes, fittings and water containers where the families store water. Aside from drinking, hygiene and general family use, the beneficiaries use the water for their home gardens and tree growing activities. We will start a similar project phase 2 in another village and hoping for your continuing support. Again thank you very much.
