Dear Friend,
Warmest greetings and thank you for your support to our project to grow trees. We will continue implementing this as we believe that growing trees is best for the environment and it provides income for the farmers as the fruits of the trees that are grown will be realized later on. The trees provide also shade as well as food for the animals especially goats that farmers raise and is their source of good income. We are choosing fruit trees of different varieties with high value and our beneficiaries like this a lot. We target mountain areas in Misamis Oriental in order also to help improve soil fertility in the area as the trees holds soil during heavy rains. This small project enables us to plant 230 trees as we are also assisted by local helpers.
