The Street ~ Christmas Special Moment !!

We thank you from the core of our heart for your valuable support through GlobalGiving.

Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation and the donors, organized a program on the occasion of ''The festival of happiness Christmas'' for bring some moments of happiness and joy to the life of little ones residing in slums and roadsides. The organization distributed woollen jackets to more than 100 nomadic, poor children so that they may protect themselves from cold. In the same program, shoes were given to more than 100 poor children and new clothes were given to girls. All children were happy to get the stuffs. Food packets including cream rool, pastry, cake, kurkure, biscuits, waffers, paties and other delicious dishes were distributed to the children which they enjoyed a lot. In the program, our activists met 2 children and after listening their story we came to know abou their actual life. Their story is as follows:

Sonu is an 09 years old boy who live a nomadic life in Madar slum area. He wears a single west even in shivering cold he picks rag to manage his meal. New clothes, delicious food and playing games is mere a dream for him. He got so happy when new shoes and jacket were given to him. He put legs on shoes, wore jacket immediately, and enjoyed the delicious food. Sonu thanked Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan to bring such happiness to his life which he never experienced ever before.

Neetu is a 11 years old girl resides in the slum of Parbatpura. She has only father in her family who is a habitual to consume liquor which compells her to live a nomadic life. She had to put on worn out slippers even in cold, rainy season. She had nothing to buy new footwears. When Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan gave her new shoes, she got so happy and put legs on them instantly. She also enjoyed the delicious food given to him by the organization. She thanked Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan and all the donors.
