Hello everyone!
Thank you very much for your support of our big Christmas Outreach this year. On Monday, the 19th we gathered early in the morning and packed one thousand big gift bags – you can see on sample in the pictures. In the afternoon and evening we than went out with more than thirty people to distribute the Christmas Bags to the women working in the bars in three different areas of Pattaya.
Most women were surprised and very happy to receive the gifts. Some were first skeptical and thought that we were trying to sell something to them, but once they realized that the gifts were free and had a DIY Set for their children in them, many came and asked for extra bags and more bags for friends and too soon we run out of bags.
This morning we had the first phone call from a woman that wants to leave the bars behind, she read our invitation in the card and phoned to get more information about our vocational training options – we are really encouraged by this.
Thank you for helping us make this outreach possible. You brought a lot of joy and happiness to at least one thousand women and many of their children!
