More than 3000 women are trained in sewing skills, which is having more demand in market. 1500+ are given hand Embroidery training, this skill also have demand in the market. Other 5500 are trained in artificial jewelry, computer courses etc. Most of our sewing and embroidery trained women have started their own self business and are earning atleast Rs.5000 pm, while they look after their family. The reason behind this success is your generous contributions and our free distribution of machinery which enabled them to start business.Investment in women definitely make a big impact.

While  trained candidates in diffirent skills are placed on job in companies are doing well and earning Rs.6000+ and enjoy other facilities like free transfortation, canteen, PF,Etc.Now our training centres spread all over Tamil nadu and able to train 1500 minimum in a year.

One of our Beneficiary said " First of all, i would like to thank you and CHHASE NGO for providing training free of cost. I am a widow. I live with my two children and i am very poor with out income. I came to know about CHHASE vocational training and joined in Sewing training.I completed my training successfully. Now i can stich all dresses,.Now i am doing sewing, while looking after my chidren. Now I am earning Rs. 4000 per month being at home while looking after children. Now educating my children is not a burden for me.Thank you for saving me and giving me secured life."

 CHHASE and women empowerment

As part of the CHHASE activities, we are identifying the economically disadvantaged  poor in rural areas, where the women are facing lot of problems to run their families, educate their children and timely medical support to their family members. In our analysis most of the poor women are lack of skills to earn, because of poverty, descrimination among the community. Some of the women are forcedly send to the near by landlords houses to work as domestic servant maids, to take care of the small baby children.  Thus their children are becoming child labors and drop outs from school.

We are motivating the Poor women about the importance learning skills like sewing, embroidery. Mean while we are providing trainings in various skills and provide sewing machines, Embroidery cots free of cost to start their own business. With this timely skills tarinings and free machinery to start their business,They are able to send their children to school with out drop out, feed their family and provide timely medical treatment to their family members. The women are very happy for this kind of gesture and expressed their sincere gratitude.

Thank you for your kind continuing support for the economically deprived women

CHHASE thank you once again for your generosity.
