We set out to raise £6,500 to send kids from our projects in Kibera on a holiday camp and with your help, we've totally smashed that target. Thank you all for giving and fundraising for us.
We'll be taking all the kids in the upper school at the Foundations of Hope School for the Holiday Camp in early August 2019. We'll share updates on the holiday camp when its over.
We'll be using the additional fundig that you helped us to raise to also run a one-day retreat for our secondary school students in August. We also plan to get t-shirts and shorts for the lower school kids at the Fountains of Hope School who won't be coming to camp. Finally, some of the funds will be used towards an excellent teacher training programme that four of our teachers are currently taking part in.
So thank you again so much for giving, we will be able to do so much more than we planned thanks to your support.
