2017 was a seminal year for PSYDEH. 2018 looks just as bright!

LATE-2017 WINS

In December, PSYDEH completed a federal government-funded initiative to strengthen indigenous women's participation in Mexico's electoral processes. This work continued progress started with our 2017 award-winning initiative and is highlighted HERE in our most polished film yet!

Moreover, Fruits of Change investments helped PSYDEH to produce such big wins as our:

  • empowering our network of women-led NGOs to unveil their respective missions, visions, and their professional logos (below), and

NOVEL PARTNERSHIPS

2018 success depends on the novel partnerships we forged in late-2017/early 2018, including our:

  • biggest PR event in NGO history at La Cineteca Nacional de México, the most prestigious cinema center in Mexico, with support from the Mexican federal government Secretaria de Cultura. See HERE a video story on the event by Xinhua News Agency.
  • selected as one of only 19 NGOs around the world to work with the global Dentsu Aegis Network’s Route2Good initiative increasing PSYDEH’s impact while growing Dentsu partner team’s skills and experiences. See HERE for what Dentsu’s Emily Spiegel and Brooke Bowhay share about PSYDEH during their late-February site visit!

MICROPROJECT ROLLS INTO OUR 2018 CAMPAIGN!

Thank YOU for supporting our micro-project. In just 2.5 months time, you helped us to raise almost $2000usd in investments for our 2018 Seed Fund project.

Now, and with exciting developments like the Route2Good collaboration, and competing for the highest number of individual donations of $10 to secure one of four spots in Global Giving’s 2018 Girl Fund (Fund), we’ve folded our micro-project into a yearlong project with the same theme. The two-week competition for access to the Fund ends at 12:59pm EST, Thursday, March 15th!

In celebration of March 8 International Women’s Day, we invite you to share our project with friends interested in investing a mere $10 to help us access this Fund. You can do so HERE at our new project.

¡Juntos somos mejores! (Together we are better!)
