By Matthew Starr | Upper Neuse Riverkeeper
As it turns out planning a rain garden is a little more work than I anticipated. I am talking to a number of different schools in the Upper Neuse Basin area to work through the rain garden planning process. My goal is to break ground with one of these schools in the very near future. There is no need to worry your funding will be going to a great school and will be providing a service as many schools have a big problem when it comes to stormwater runoff. More updates along with some pictures will be coming your way soon.
