Summary

Thirty (30) marginalized girls of deprived community will be self-employed and self-dependent through 2-months bag making professional education, under this project. During the training, the girls will be trained to make Rexine bags; jute bag, potli bag, canvas and cloth bag by experts so that the girls will get sustainable livelihoods

Challenge

According to the report of United Nation, 356 million of Indian youth is of 10 - 24 age-group, which the most in the world. Unemployment is the main problem in India due to this excessive youth population. Sometimes, youth adopt immoral and wrong way due to unemployment.

Solution

Skill Development is the main solution of unemployment. Therefore, 30 poor girls will be given a new talent (skill/self-employment) through bag making professional education. The girls of 15-24 age group along with studies, will be self-employed by getting bag making training and will easily meet their basic requirements. These girls will beat unemployment by their skill development and improve their living standard.

Long-Term Impact

The poor girls will be economically developed through bag making project. They will be prosperous. The poor girls will improve their lives through bag making skill and along with their study they strengthen their livelihoods' that helps in eliminating poverty. The marginalized girls will become self-dependent and self-supporting.
