Spritzer needs to fly home to safety from Bolivia with his human mom Dorothy. Dorothy's abusive husband kicked Spritzer across the room last week and Dorothy is afraid for Spritzer's life. With this microproject we will be able to get a vet certificate and in-cabin airline approved carrier for Spritzer.
Pet are often targeted by abusers to punish their victims. Dorothy needs to leave Bolivia and bring Spritzer home to stop the abuse. Her parents sent her money for her airline ticket but we need to get Spritzer home too. Dorothy can't bear to leave Spritzer behind. Spritzer is her only fur-baby.
Spritzer will be able to come home safely with Dorothy and live his life free of abuse.
We will provide services to 150 American victims with pets in approximately 50 countries while they are fleeing violence. Our goal is to have all of them reach safety with their pets and live their lives without violence in their homes.
