Imagine a future where a community is no longer dependent on unpredictable aid, but is fully self-reliant, resilient, and thriving. Pathways to Self-Sufficiency is an integrated livestock initiative designed to break the cycle of economic vulnerability. By establishing a vibrant farm powered by 14 dairy cows, 14 goats, and 24 pairs of breeding rabbits, we are creating a continuous, multi-tiered economic engine that covers daily operating costs, generates local employment, & funds future projects
Unstable local economies and rising daily expenses leave many community programs struggling to stay afloat. Relying solely on short-term donations makes long-term projects vulnerable to funding gaps. Without a reliable, recurring source of internal revenue, vital community initiatives-such as local job training, food security programs, and youth development-risk coming to a halt.
We are building a smart, three-pillar agricultural system designed for max efficiency, zero waste, and continuous cash flow: Daily Stability (14 Dairy Cows): Generates steady daily income through milk sales, covering everyday farm and operational costs. Diversified Growth (14 Goats): Provides dairy, breeding stock, and efficient land management through natural browsing. Rapid Micro-Enterprise (24 Rabbit Pairs): With fast breeding cycles, rabbits offer quick financial returns.
Children will receive a good education allowing them to realize their full potential which will have a positive impact on society. Education is the key to lifting them and their families out of the vicious cycle of poverty. Importantly, it also ensures that the next generation gets far better parenting and therefore a better life. Education gives people hope that they can improve their lot in life. Help us light the Candle of Hope for these children, their families, and society!
