Dear Kind Donor,
Thank You so much for helping us by giving Your most generous Donation to make new front gates for our school, to replace the old, dangerous ones.
As you may probably have gathered, we were not able to raise the full sum on this micro-project appeal and so your donation has been put aside specifically for the purpose of our new school gates.
The good news is, that this weekend, we expect a larger donation to be made from an earlier fund-raising event we did before the Pandemic, (but for various reasons due to the Pandemic and travel restrictions, will be given to us now). We will therefore put your lovely donation together with this incoming one and we will hopefully have new school gates within two weeks!
When I next write our Main Program Report, then I will include pictures of our new school gates, so that you can see how your donation has been spent.
Thank you again for so kindly thinking of our school and for all your good will in helping us.
