We are happy to share an important update with you.
Finally, thanks to the joint efforts of the NGO “Rare Diseases of Ukraine”, Max’s parents, and our foundation, the extremely expensive medication Voxzogo was successfully purchased for two months of treatment for baby Max
The purchase was carried out by the NGO “Rare Diseases of Ukraine”, and the medicine was delivered to Max’s family in early April 2026.
Our foundation ran this campaign on GlobalGiving — and every donation, every share became a part of this result.
We sincerely thank each of you who supported this effort — by donating, sharing, or simply caring.
Because of you, Max now has the invaluable opportunity to begin treatment for achondroplasia at the most critical time — during his early months of life, when his bones are growing most actively and body proportions are forming.
This is exactly when therapy has the greatest impact and can help prevent serious and irreversible complications in the future.
A detailed financial report has been published on the website of the NGO “Rare Diseases of Ukraine”, which purchased the medicine abroad using the funds jointly raised by Max’s parents, our foundation - $1,193.88, and the NGO “Rare Diseases of Ukraine”.
