Lexi is the precious Golden Retriever of Jessica. Lexi is being fostered for Jessica while she is in a domestic violence shelter after fleeing Israel. Lexi has a skin condition that requires a special diet and salmon oil. We need $250 to pay for these for two months while Jessica is getting back on her feet.
We were able to bring Jessica & Lexi back to the USA from Israel, get Jessica into shelter and find Lexi and foster home. But Lexi has skin conditions and needs a special diet and salmon oil to keep it under control. If not, she is so itchy she scratches and gets hot spots that get infected. We want to prevent this from occurring.
Lexi will be able to get the food and salmon oil she needs while in a foster home while Jessica is able to get back on her feet in the domestic violence shelter. Knowing Lexi has everything she needs will help Jessica focus on getting a job and an apartment so Lexi can join her.
We will provide services to 150 American victims with pets in approximately 50 countries while they are fleeing violence. Our goal is to have all of them reach safety with their pets and live their lives without violence in their homes.
