This project is constant and ongoing. It is basically what Jenzera does. However, a formal training process ended this fiscal year. Jenzera procured resourses from one major donor and held six workshops in six different localities. As usual, they target an interethnic collaborative process. This time around the workshops emphasized Colombia’s post-conflict institutionality. People in the regions where Jenzera works have been overwhelmingly victimized by armed groups, including the FARC guerrillas, paramilitaries and the government, at the same time that they were largely marginalized from the peace negotiations. Despite this, they believe in the process and needed to analyze its impact on their communities and governance structures. Jenzera facilitated this discussion.
