Sharon's dream is to become a practicing nurse in Uganda, she enrolled a year and a half ago in school of Nursing.GlobalGiving donors like you last year supported Sharon with tuition to start school. If Sharon completes her course, there is a ready job for her with the District Health center, but her mother can only afford to buy her school uniform and other requirements, her mother does wash clothes for a pay to earn for Sharon's education and to cater for other family needs.
Sharon's mother earns little income, but Sharon wants to pursue a Nursing career, she is almost reaching her goal, but has been constrained by finances, this year, we are targeting to raise $1200 to enable her continue nd complete the course. Many girls who fail to fulfill their education dream end up married at an early age and chances are high they do not go back to school after getting married to local men.
This micro project will pay Sharon's tuition to enable her fulfill her nursing dream. Her mother will be re leaved of stress washing for people to raise the $1200 needs two years of washing, wondering how her hands and back will look like in the near future.
No one does a nursing course and fails to get a job, whether Harriet decides to look for a job or create her own, the fact is that she will be able to take care of their family and herself after the two years course
