Thank you so much for your support to Sphoorti child Rashid. Rashid scored 7.2 in his previous academic year. This year, he moves to STD VI. He is currently studying in Sri Sai Model High School.
The campaign has raised $400 which will cover the expenses of
1) school fees, books and stationery - $250
2) uniform - $50
3) transportation - $100
Rashid will also be attending after-school tutorial classes which will commence around July 15th.
Rashid has a special liking for drawing for which he is attending arts class sponsored by a local teacher. He also plays Cricket in the evening.
Your support through this campaign is very helpful for Rashid's mother who lost her husband at a very young age. She can see her child study well in a good school and provide support to her when he grows up. Rashid's relatives too are happy to see him do well in studies.
Education has been a luxury for many beloning to their community and neighborhood.
