This microproject will help Tejaswani, hailing from a poor family, continue her studies. She is currently studying STD VIII
Tejaswani hails from a village in Chittoor district. Her father used to work as an assistant to a wedding photographer. Because of Covid19 conditions, he lost his work. The family has been suffering for almost 20 months without any source of income. They have requested Sphoorti to sponsor her studies until she completes STD X.
With your support, Tejaswani will be able to complete her STD VIII. With continued support, she will complete High School. She will be able to pay tuition fee, purchase books and uniforms and use school bus for transportation.
The project will provide education to 200 first generation school going girls and help them attain high school education at the least. Beneficiaries who complete school to secondary level are supported with higher education, training, apprenticeships and/or employment. About 150 families (750 people) will be direct and indirect beneficiaries of this initiative.
