Dear Friends,
My warmest greetings and thank you very much for supporting our project to feed 500 malnourished children. The project was a huge success and we are able to feed in excess of the targeted 500 having reached 673 children in all. Many thanks to local leaders in the barrios where we implemented the feeding for without their support this could not be successful. The 7 volunteers from WAND also helped a lot in identifying the beneficiaries and arranging where the feeding should take place. In some areas, local volunteers conducted weighing of the children before the feeding and then after and they are happy to report on the positive increase in children's weight.
