The Training centre construction has been completed in that 100 women are under training at present. The training centre is anticipated to equip and empower 500 – 600 tribe women by each year and infrastructure training equipment, latrine, staff room and seminar hall are available. Now vocational training, IGP training, MFP training and rights based training are run. So women are empowered in Economical and rights based empowerment by conducting training and carrier guidance support. So it is taking very important to the women and youth development in Tamil Nadu Tribe areas.

Part of 40% building (one portion) is completed in that 30 women are under training at present. Remaining 60% works are to be completed shortly and then only full strength of 100 -125 per batch.
In the finishing of building, the training centre will help to equip and empower 500 – 600 tribe women by each year when training with sufficient infrastructure with building. Good training as vocational training, IGP training, MFP training and rights based training are done. Economical empowerment and rights based empowerment are possible only by conducting training. So it is taking very important to the women and youth development in Tamil Nadu Tribe areas.
