The coronavirus pandemic took a toll on the entire world, and organizations that rely on international volunteers and visitation took a hit.
The generous donations received in this microproject were able to assit in some of the basic needs of the care of animals, covering feed and stipends for caretakers.
The bushfires in the mangrove were, luckily, few and far between, the need for equipment and emergency response was covered.
We had a hard time, but we endured and we are still here.
The programs are back on track, animals are cared for and we are ready to continue the efforts to protect wildlife.
