This project will help support and provide vulnerable families that are in crisis due to extreme heat in Arizona, with access to clean drinking water.
With the frequency and intensity of human-made and natural disasters occurring globally, clean drinking water is essential for vulnerable individuals' health and well-being. Rising temperatures in Arizona have caused a long history of water shortages for underserved families and those fleeing conflict from countries in crisis. Can'd Aid is working in partnership with the International Rescue Committee [IRC] and the Salvation Army of Phoenix to provide water to families in need.
In partnership with the IRC, your support will provide critically needed water to newly-arrived Refugees in the Phoenix area. We are also currently providing water in partnership with the Salvation Army of Phoenix due to increasing temperatures. Can'd Aid has a long history of supplying clean drinking water, with over 2.6 million cans of water distributed to date.
This project will provide critical clean drinking water to aid in the health and well-being of Refugees and underserved families in Arizona. By providing safe drinking water, families can stay healthy and hydrated throughout the heat-intensive summer months.
