Nicole gave to Seeding Sovereignty’s project to create a community farm and fight food scarcity in New Mexico. The Ancestral Acres Farm grows and distributes produce and seeds to people without reliable access to healthy food. And they save precious seeds for future farming projects.
The farm is a source of sustenance and a place that supports the wellness of LGBTQIA+ community members who are either Indigenous, Black, or people of the global majority in New Mexico.
