Whitney helps GlobalGiving’s corporate partners achieve measurable business goals, maximize their social impact, and accelerate community-led change. Prior to joining GlobalGiving, her passion for closing the achievement gap took her from teaching in Philadelphia to launching an award-winning literacy program in D.C. to developing new and strategic programs at the U.S. based nonprofit, First Book. Outside of work, you can find Whitney exploring D.C. trails and neighborhoods, spending quality time with friends and family, and engaging in long-winded philosophical debates with her pug, Hamlet, about how he got to be so darn cute.
