Sam Buckley

As a Fellow with the Partner Services Team, Sam works to ensure all new nonprofit partners are thoroughly vetted and prepared to succeed as new members of the GlobalGiving community. He received his B.A. in Sociology from Occidental College but spent the majority of his college years working at the on-campus day care center playing with legos. Prior to joining GlobalGiving, Sam served as a Peace Corps Volunteer on the semi-autonomous island of Zanzibar off the coast of Tanzania. When he’s not in the office, you’ll likely find Sam taking intramural soccer far too seriously or playing sad songs on his guitar in a dimly lit bar.
