Danny M. Cohen, Ph.D. is a learning scientist, professor, writer, and musician. A distinguished professor of instruction at Northwestern University, Danny specializes in Holocaust memory and the design of human rights education. He is the author of the choose-your-own-pathway mystery “The 19th Window,” and the historical novel “Train,” a selected text of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. He is the founder of Unsilence, a national nonprofit that designs interactive learning experiences that support school and community conversations about hidden injustices in the past and present. Danny is also a member of the folk-rock band They Won't Win.
