Through your contribution, our nonprofit partners have been able to provide critical health and nutrition support to Venezuelans in need. From medical supplies to nourishing meals, your support makes a lasting difference. In this month's report, I want to highlight the work done by two of our partners.
Fundación Estrellita de Belén's mission is to bring congenital heart disease affecting children in Venezuela out of the darkness by connecting services and resources for medical treatment and heart care. Fundación Estrellita de Belén provided Venezuelan children with twenty-five cardiology appointments, twenty cardiograms, ten laboratory exams, one computed tomography angiogram, and one valvuloplasty in the past months. Fundación Jacinto Convit's mission is to conduct scientific research, health care programs, and educational and community projects to contribute to the well-being of the most vulnerable population in Venezuela. Fundación Jacinto Convit offered free molecular diagnosis to oncology patients in Barquisimeto and other Venezuelan cities, benefiting twenty-eight patients in September, thirty in October, twenty in November, and twenty-one in December.
