Since October, our partners have been conducting critical work to secure proper health and nutrition for Venezuelan children and families. From medical supplies to nourishing meals, your support is making a real and lasting difference. In this month's report, I want to highlight the work done by two of our partners.
Coromoto 2020 is a nonprofit organization committed to providing proper nutrition and education to vulnerable families in Venezuela. In October, Coromoto 2020 delivered food bags and nutritious meals to vulnerable families in Los Teques, La Guaira, and Bello Campo, among other cities. CUMIS UCV is a nonprofit organization committed to providing medical assistance to vulnerable communities and supporting the professional development of health students in Venezuela. In October, CUMIS UCV offered 1,975 consultations in Playa Colorada, Sucre State. The consultations covered various medical areas such as pediatrics, dermatology, gynecology, internal medicine, ophthalmology, bioanalysis, psychology, and dentistry. There is still a long way to go to guarantee all Venezuelans the right to health and food. But working together, we will get there.
