APACs mission is to improve quality of life of people with cerebral palsy and of their families. The organization serves 500 people daily, including babies, children, youths and adults at its facilities in Mexico City. Founded in 1970 as a support group of mothers with children with cerebral palsy, APAC has always strived to provide support to those who have no easy access to health and educations services. It was then that the organization was legally consolidated in Mexico as a Private Assistance Institution. For almost five decades, APAC has served more than 23,000 beneficiaries in Mexico City alone.
