During 2025, the early intervention project consolidated a comprehensive care model that improved the clinical and daily experience of families. Through inter-service coordination, clinical pathways, individualized programs, and safety protocols were implemented, resulting in improvements in mobility, posture, balance, muscle tone control, and nutritional status, as well as a reduction in complications.
Hydrotherapy, tailored dental care, and nutritional strategies promoted functional progress and treatment tolerance. Comprehensive medical assessments and timely therapeutic adjustments helped reduce avoidable hospitalizations and improve the management of comorbidities.
Staff training and family empowerment were also strengthened through workshops and guides, which increased adherence to therapies and greater independence at home. Finally, the recording of indicators and the creation of replicable materials laid the foundation for the program's sustainability and expansion, improving the quality of life and the social and educational participation of the beneficiaries.
At this stage, efforts have focused on expanding diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities, as well as strengthening the interdisciplinary nature of interventions. This systematic approach ensures the sustainability and longevity of interventions.

She entered the service at 3 months of age, so objectives were established with the mother based on her stage of development, promoting head control and reaching to encourage bimanual manipulation; Dafne was hypoactive to various stimuli.
Currently, Dafne responds actively, performs independent sitting, turns and independent transitions, so she is starting with supported standing to begin lateral walking.
