PET MO-Columbia, Inc.

Our Mission The Personal Energy Transportation (PET) Project's mission is to provide appropriate mobility for all of God's children in need. We seek to provide mobility first for those in greatest need and with the least resources in poor or underdeveloped countries. PETs are built for use in rough, rural areas where a standard wheelchair won't work or last.

Your help sent a major mobility shipment to India

Pyria gets mobility in India, her friends wait
Pyria gets mobility in India, her friends wait

Dear PET Friends,

With your continued giving, PET has built and shipped #202 more child PET mobility devices this last quarter.

Earlier this month our founder said a blessing over the #152 child PETs that are now on their way to India. We loaded the 40' overseas container at our dock.  They are going to The Fellowship of Physically Handicapped (FPH) in Mumbai, and Gran Seva Trust in Kharei, near Gandevi. Eighty are going to disabled children around Navsan. Ishwar Naik is the man in MI who had the vision to help children in India. In 2012 he saw a CBS evening news report on PET. In 2013 he took one child size PET to Pyria (enclosed) on his trip to visit family and gathered names of more children in need of mobility. In 2014 he raised shipping funds with the dream of sending a full overseas container of PETs. It took over a year, but he finally received the needed approvals to import duty free. 3 years after learning about PET, #284 total PETs are on the way.

Other shipments:

July 22 #20 child PETs to The Luke Commission in Swaziland

August 6 #40 child PETs to the Orphan Grain Train for their worldwide work

October 5 #10 child PETs to Gobierno Provincial de Esmeraldas in Ecuador

As these numbers tell, we were building more than 3 child PETs a week to fill requests.  Can you help us build more child PETs?  Can you help us get more children into school, into the community, and out of the dirt?

We appreciate your partnership to help children in need of mobility in underdeveloped countries.

Kenyan Girl Receives Child PET 2015

Dear PET Friends,

With your continued giving, PET has built and shipped #135 child PET mobility devices to our distribution partners this spring.  They all work around the world in a number of countries.  We refilled their warehouse supply for future overseas container shipments.  Included is another picture from the distributions being held in Kenya by Kenya Relief this year.  You gave this girl a new life thru mobility.

May 7 #40 to Orphan Grain Train in NE

June 10 #80 to AmeriCares in CT

June 11 #10 to MedShare in CA

June 17 #5 to 4 H.I.M. in OK

We are currently building for an order of #300 child PETs for India.  If you could help with another gift, that would be fantastic.  This shipment has been waiting for a year and finally has the 2 needed import duty free clearances.

We appreciate your consideration and support.

Children Receive Your Help in Kenya & India

Kenyan Boy Has New Freedom
Kenyan Boy Has New Freedom

Dear PET Friends,

In January 2015 we sent out 2 overseas shipping containers which included child PETs.

Mungeli Christian Hospital in India  #10

Kenya Relief #9   (A total of 199 PETs were sent along with a used wheelchair, walkers and crutches.)

A staff person from PET International was in Kenya for distributions in April for two weeks.  Included in this report is a picture of one of the children who received your gift.  Now he can be more active in his community and school.

Thank you for partnering with us to make a difference in children's lives.  Let's continue to work together to create happier and healthier children around the world.

Sincerely,
