The girls are participating in the last modules of their workshops, they are already formulating the various proposals for community intervention, such as reading spaces in the school or butterfly gardens. In previous months, with the Foundation team they have had an accompaniment process in the presentation of these proposals and in the execution of the workshops. In the last months of the year, the girls must manage, with the support of the foundation, the necessary inputs to start up their initiatives. Thanks to the support of each one of you it has been possible to give continuity to this space, generating development opportunities for the young people of Costa Rica.

We continue executing the project with a lot of emotion, running the employability workshops in the 17 high schools and managing vocational tours to allied companies, which support us by giving talks and tours to the students, showing them the reality of the professional world, in order to open new opportunities and goals for them. Ten vocational tours have been made to companies such as Dell, Evonik, Edify, Cummings, Konrad, Bayer and Acobo. Impacting a total of 181 students. We will continue planning tours, and running workshops, in order to establish new skills in young people, which in the future can access to a better job. Thanks to the support of all donors, we have been able to coordinate these tours, supporting food and transportation, and at the same time creating new opportunities for the youth of Costa Rica. Middle year results

Thanks to your support, we have been half a year of successful execution, which has left many, lessons, good practices and positive impacts. During this period of execution it has been possible to work with four schools in San José, with a total of 123 young women participating, executing a total of 22 work sessions. As part of the complementary activities two vocational tours were developed, to two important companies of the country, which they shared with the participants of their knowledge, empowering them in their professional future.
Among the topics addressed in the sessions, the following stand out: a) Context vs. Study, b) Soft Skills, c) Life Plan and d) Communication, networking and personal branding, e) Introduction to the world of entrepreneurship, e) Leadership and its usefulness in personal and work relationships and f) Self-knowledge (personal and group skills).
For the second half of the year, it is proposed to finish with the modules of the workshops as well as with vocational tours for those groups that are needed. This project seeks to conclude with the graduation of the second generation of empowered women, who will contribute to a more equitable society.
