Mission

Off Centre helps young people living, working or studying in Hackney, east London, realise a brighter future. We provide counselling and therapy to young people aged between 11 and 25 who are struggling with their mental ill-health - and often other issues like housing/homelessness, employment and training. We provide a safe environment where practical and emotional support is tailored to the needs of each person through psychotherapy and art psychotherapy or psychosocial support such as advice and information or drop in groups.
