Thank you our donors, we are so grateful

Happy Thanksgiving! Thank you for your generous donation to support our cause. Please continue to help us to achieve our goals. We are grateful for our donors, our volunteers, our friends, and our refugees whom we serve.

Darfur Women Network (DWN) and the survivors of Darfur genocide are grateful for your continuous support. We would like to say thank you for your positive impact on saving mothers and their daughters from rape and violence.

Thanksgiving is a great opportunity for you to continue your help and save more mothers and girls. DWN has provided 1200 mothers with safe stoves with no cost. We helped 120 mothers to earn an income to take care of their families. DWN will continue to help save women and girls.

Thank you,we are grateful

Dear all,

Happy Thannkgivings! Thank you for your generous donation to support our needs. Please continue help us to achieve our goals. We are grateful for your support.

Fitness and nutrition are very important for all ages and for all kinds of people. Teaching immigrant communities, particularly women, about nutrition, healthy cooking, and their eating habits. Moreover, encouraging women to learn about a more active lifestyle leads to unhealthy lifestyles in immigrants. They need to acknowledge that fitness has not been traditionally recognized as it has not been a part of their regular routine, education, or cultural background.

Darfur Women Network (DWN) provided nutrition and fitness services for six months. During that time our volunteer instructors taught the immigrant women and some American women about healthy eating and fitness to reduce obesity, risk of disease, and overall encourage a healthier lifestyle. In addition, they learned about growing their own fruits and vegetables in their backyards to ensure inexpensive organic vegetables.

Thank you

Greetings! Darfur Women Network (DWN) is grateful for your support. You saved lives.

It is usually very difficult to get in contact with the volunteers stationed overseas. However, yesterday’s phone call was clear. They told me that the 30000 refugees drink water from one source, the wells that your donation helped to clean. However, it was a risky operation. DWN was worried, especially, when I watched the video and saw the risky tools they used. Despite they, put themselves in danger, but for their families and for their community. However, it will never happen again.

Without your support, we could not accomplish these goals. The donors should feel proud of the positive impacts their donations enabled.

Please join DWN to achieve their next step for their goal?

Our goal is to clean up more wells, approximately three to five wells, to safely to reduce the struggling of shortages of drinking water in the camp this year. We need your support to send the safely tools and to purchase food for the volunteers to take all the sand and wood as well as other trash from inside the well.

DWN is the only sources that has helped the survivors of Darfur genocide in Touloum Camp, in Chad with clean drinking water. They have been living in the camp since 2003. The reason behind the burying of the wells has been due to the rainfall that washed sand from highland to the lowland one where the wells were dug.

We currently need to clean up more wells to enable the refugees to reduce the suffering of shortages of water. This year, we need to ensure the safety of the volunteers who enter 20 meters into the wells.

We are excited that we purchased all the safety tools and they are ready to be sent to Chad. Now we are working hard to provide the volunteers with food.

Please help us with your generous donations to increase the water resources safely without putting anyone at risk. Please check the link: Thank you so much!
