Mission

The mission of Visioning Beyond Violence (formerly known as Vision Quilt) is to empower communities to create solutions to gun violence through fostering visionary thinking through the power of art, dialogue and systemic change efforts. We harness art and community voice to create real change against gun violence in our neighborhoods and schools. Visioning Beyond Violence trains educators, artists, art therapists and community leaders to facilitate the VBV programs in their communities.
