Every day, every week, every month, the multiple activities of the programs that we develop at SOCIEVEN, Deafblind people of Venezuela, A.C.  for people with deafblindness where they and we feel more identified every day with the condition of not seeing or hearing at the same time and all the strategies that are implemented to have a quality of life, achieve their dreams, those of their family; being an example for everyone.

I have documented some photos and videos that I am sharing with you. I am grateful for this great work. They carried out the logistics of the day in an excellent way”.

At SOCIEVEN we are a collaborative team dedicated to achieving the 2024 objectives that are the basis for the coming years. In January 2025 we celebrate 30 years of work in the country, which makes us feel extremely satisfied.

We can share what we have done:

• 547 direct and indirect consultancies (reaching 236 professionals, 21 people with CS, 41 representatives, 24 people with other disabilities and 10 students) for a total of 332 people.

• Strengthening the RNS with the activation of eleven (11) strategic alliances

• Attention to the needs of RNS users: 303 between medical consultations, referrals, medication donations, tissue classes, advice, functional evaluations, ophthalmological appointments and others

• Donation delivered to the RNS by Francisco Díaz with the support of individuals and allied institutions, with a total of 89 special devices and supplies, namely

• 14 sessions of the “Knitting Together for Deafblindness” Project thanks to the support of the Embassy- Fund with the participation of 10 people with deafblindness and 3 family members, and 40 volunteers.

• 31 training and training of professionals.

• 68 Reports, documents, references and records

• 113 Contributions to projects, research and assistance

• 29 Activities and Population Meetings: 29
