Your contribution, guidance, and consistent engagement have played a significant role in advancing our work and strengthening our efforts on the ground. While the overall target was not fully achieved as initially planned, we fully understand that various constraints and unforeseen challenges can arise in the course of implementation. These realities are part of complex development work, and we respect the broader context within which decisions are made.
Despite the shortfall in reaching the complete target, the progress made would not have been possible without your dedication, partnership, and goodwill.
