Angie is training to become a teacher

Angie Juliana
Angie Juliana

Barrio Itagui - Seedbeds

Barrio Itagui - Seedbeds

She came into the class with a big smile on her face, like always. The kids ran to greet her and she was happy to see them. Their teacher was already there and gave the order to start today's class and training.

Angie is only eleven years old and is part of the Santa Teresa Chorus since four years ago. Angie is a very committed and talent full kid and her teacher realised such thing since the first class she attended. Is because of her helpful attitude that she was chosen as a monitor for the Seedbed Choirs and as of today, the students respect her and follow her instructions.

With your support, young kids like Angie Juliana will be able to receive full training towards becoming choir directors and teachers. It is because of your constant support that we have identified a lot of talent in direction within our students.

Today we are proud to tell you that our young monitors are in charge of 600 students of ages between 8 and 14, whom are part of the seedbed choirs.

Coming up...

October 2017: Our young monitors will have the chance to train in choral direction with the prestigious Cuban Teacher Digna Guerra, who has earned several international prizes in choral direction.

Feel free to spread the VOICE and tell some of your friends about our beautiful project! You will feel happy! :)
