In order to make our project more successful, we ask you to consider making a monthly donation. Any amount is greatly appreciated and goes a long way. You are our Team of Heroes! "GlobalGiving offers a 100% match year-round on new recurring donations".
Also, our 1st campaign this year, GlobalGiving’s April Little by Little campaign is taking place April 4-8 and matching online donations up to $50 at 50%! Only $50 donations will be matched with $25 by GlobalGiving: so, for every $50 donated to LMF youth Farming Project during this week we will get $75. We need your help to succeed. Please tell a friend about our project and ask that they donate $50 to help our campaign.
Did you know that according to research, agribusiness sector is estimated at US $1 trillion by 2030? The African continent is home to almost two-thirds of the world's variable land. Yet, Africa’s small scale and medium entrepreneurs are marginalized. With almost 60% of Africa's population being under 25 years of age. 60% of Africans unemployed are young adults and only 2% of African graduates specialize in Agriculture. This emphasizes the need to equip and empower the African youth to take advantage of the resources the continent has to offer in order to improve the economy, combat food insecurity and provide jobs.
This is why we need your continued partnership. When you donate you are not only helping just the youth, you are feeding the community and also creating infrastructures and jobs
Please do inspire friends and family to join you, donate and spread the word on social media. Share our work! consistent support is key to ensure ongoing impact. “Your good deeds are not invisible because they leave a trail that is imprinted on the hearts of our youths”; you are the best, Amen!
We will keep you informed about the progress on this project. If you have any comments, advice, or question, please feel free to direct them to us @ info@ladymitz.org and our telephone is 1(631) 827-6777
