LMF YOUTH FARMING REPORT

I am excited to let you know that we are finally able to kick-start the first phase of our project in Umunoha's rural community in Imo State, all because of your support and donations. We are indeed grateful to you all as we continue to work together to improve the lives of youths in rural Nigeria.

Project Implementation Description

Our project is divided into 3 stages to be achieved within a year:

I- Recruitment of youth for the program.

II. Training on effective farming skills and farming

III. Harvest and Empowerment.

This is to ensure the success and efficiency of the project in line with the farming seasons in Nigeria.

During this first stage:

1. We have started recruiting youths that will benefit from the project. They will be trained and empowered at the end of the cohort.

2. We have secured 2 plots of land for the project where crops of economic importance such as cucumber, bell pepper, and sweet corn will be planted.

Upcoming activities scheduled this month include:

1. Induction of the youth recruited for the project

2. Land preparation

3. Purchasing of tools and equipment needed for the project implementation

4. Training of the youth

Our youth are super excited and can't wait to start, and all of this has been achieved becuase you care. Thank you.
