We want to start the year by counting the results achieved in 2020 in terms of the employability project. Last year we had many challenges, but also great learnings, and we managed to work with 11 public high schools, developing 22 virtual exercises of vocational tour and virtual interview. Two companies participated in the realization of virtual material for young people, which allowed us to have a greater result in terms of the visibility of a real professional experience.
This year we continue from virtuality, and we want to add more companies to the initiative, as well as develop and improve the methodologies designed last year to impact more young people.
