IV. PROJECT REPORT “75 YOUNG SALVADORANS DEVELOP THEIR ENTREPRENEURSHIP” 2015
The following is a summary of the training “TECHNICAL TRAINING OF 15 YOUNG PEOPLE IN WOODWORKING, ORIENTATION TO THE WORK AND VALUES, AS DEMANDED BY THE COMPANY QUEIROZ GALVAO”, relating to the project “75 YOUNG SALVADORANS DEVELOP THEIR ENTREPRENEURSHIP.” The report we are presenting corresponds to the period from May 25 to June 6, 2015.
PLACE AND PERIOD OF THE TRAINING
The training took place in the town of Ilobasco in the facilities MOJE House Youth Center and had duration of 70 hours; in working days of 6 hours daily, from Monday to Friday and Saturday, in the period from May 27 until June 6, 2015.
OBJETIVES
General Objective
Develop technical skills in the area of carpentry which favor the employment of young people in the Department of Cabañas.
Specific Objectives
METHODOLOGY OF WORK
"LEARNING BY DOING" was the methodology used during the training, was characterized by facilitating learning in the theoretical and practical, in a very participative way; achieving in the young abilities and wishes to develop the work assuming responsibility and commitment.
