Dear Friends,
Thank you for continous donation and support towards providing healthcare services to the underserved population in Mwanza, Tanzania.
Last month we received a new van to be modified to become an ambulance van for the community emergency response services.
The street connected project has started to make advocacy on the mental health disorder specifically for conduct disorder where most of the street connected children are suffering with conduct disorder.
The medical dispensary is running very well and we have introduced delivery services for the pregnant women
Also we have a international volunteering program which will help us to have a bigger network with other dedicated individuals who can support our projects development.
In next three months we are looking to conduct one outreach project to support access of healthcare services at the community level.
Thank you for your donation and support

Since last report we have continued to provide healthcare services through Street Medicine Project, Mwanza Community First Response Project and Bisou Bailey Medical Dispensary.
Yesterday we conducted a first community health outreach to communities around our facility and we provided free healthcare services including medical consultation, laboratory services etc. We managed to attend 74 clients despite the cloudy and rain
TRHM through Bisou Bailey Medical Dispensary has introduced the homebased healthcare services to the community members who cant access the healthcare services at the medical dispensary also the street connected kids attends the weekly outreach and we serve an average of 22 kids per each outreach.
Also we are working to introduce the mental health services to the street connected children aiming to support them in recoverying from conduct disorder which makes them escape from home also we believe this project will support in the development of these children to become independent.
We will continue to updates about the progress of the projects under Tanzania Rural Health Movement
Yours
